Used Vehicle Sales – Terms & Conditions

1. WARRANTY PERIOD & REPORTING ISSUES

Any issues with the vehicle must be reported within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase.

2. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

• No warranty is provided for vehicles used for taxi or private hire purposes.

• Timing belts, cam belts and timing chains are specifically excluded from warranty cover.

For peace of mind customers are advised to replace these items in accordance with the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule.

• Air conditioning systems are excluded from warranty cover.

3. WARRANTY VALIDITY

The In House Warranty will be void if the vehicle is taken to a third party garage before
BRANDLESHOLME AUTOS has had the opportunity to inspect and assess the issue. The customer is responsible for returning the vehicle to our premises for inspection or repair.

4. REFUNDS & BUY BACKS

Buy backs will incur deduction according to below.

• Car condition will be checked and compared with upon sale.
• Mileage: £0.80 per mile from the recorded mileage at the point of sale.
• Servicing or modifications upon sale
• Administration fee: £150.
Example: 500 miles × £0.80 = £400 mileage deduction.

5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Arrange and pay for road tax and insurance before driving the vehicle
away.

6. ADMINISTRATION FEE

An administration fee of £150 is payable on all refunds or buy
backs.
