Vehicle Purchase Agreement & Terms of Sale
1. WARRANTY TERMS
• Warranty Period: Any mechanical issues must be reported within 3 months from the date of sale.
• Exclusions:
• Business Use: No warranty is provided for vehicles used for business purposes (e.g., taxi, courier, delivery, driving instructor). If a vehicle is found to have been used for business, the warranty is immediately void.
• Specific Parts: Timing belts, cam belts, and timing chains are strictly excluded. Customers are advised to replace these per the manufacturer’s schedule.
• Air Conditioning: All A/C systems are excluded from warranty cover.
• Validity: The Autoguard Warranty is void if the vehicle is taken to any third-party garage before BRANDLESHOLME AUTOS has had the opportunity to inspect it.
• Transportation: The customer is responsible for bringing the vehicle to our premises for any inspection or repair.
2. REFUNDS & BUY-BACK POLICY
If you choose to return the vehicle due to a change of mind, BRANDLESHOLME AUTOS will offer to buy the vehicle back at trade price, consistent with standard vehicle purchasing valuations.
3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
The customer confirms that valid Road Tax and Motor Insurance are in place prior to driving the vehicle away from the premises.
